HIRE TERMS AND FEE'S
Minimum Spend Requirements
There are no room hire fees however there is a minimum spend requirement for each function room. The minimum spend includes total spend, all food and drink purchases. If the minimum spend is not reached the balance of what was spent, and the minimum spend will be added to your final account.
Level 2 Private Room - Friday & Sunday (Minimum spend)$1,700/1000
Level 2 Private Room - Saturday (Minimum spend)$2000
Garden Courtyard - Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Minimum spend)$1,000
By confirming your booking you agree to the following terms and conditions
1. $10 p/person attending function is deposit required to confirm date of function bookings, deposit will be taken off final bill.
2. Final accounts must be settled at the completion of the function
3. Tentative bookings expire after 7 days (24 hours notice is given to confirm if we receive another booking request)
4. Deposits are non-refundable unless 30 days notice of cancellation is given
5. Beverage packages available for a minimum 5 hour bookings
6. Complimentary taste testing provided for maximum of two people (pre-booking essential, not available on Friday or Saturdays)
7. Menus selections and final numbers must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the function, if final numbers decrease on the night you are still required to pay for the amount of people confirmed 2 weeks prior.
8. All 18th and 21st Birthdays must be a family affair, part of the deposit may be used to hire licensed security guards depending on the function.
9. We do not condone underage drinking, all ID's will be checked. Any guest bringing alcohol into the premise will be asked to leave immediately.
10. We do not tolerate defacing of property or violence, if any guests are found to be taking part in this behavior the party will be shut down immediately.
